NHMRC’s Fellowship schemes are intended to ensure that Australia has the researchers and translational capabilities to meet the challenges of the future.
In April 2015, previous NHMRC CEO Professor Warwick Anderson AM called for feedback on the following current and emerging issues for NHMRC’s Fellowships schemes:
- The changing balance between the number of research grants available and the number of Fellowships
- The structure of the Fellowship schemes
- Future strategic approaches
- The responsibilities of employing institutions and the health and medical research sector.
A Consultation Paper is available for download (see Consultation documents below). Please refer to this information prior to making a submission.
You are invited to make a submission by answering the questions posed in the Consultation Paper via the online submission form. The online submission form was made available on this website on Wednesday 8 April 2015.
All submissions must be made through this online public consultation portal. If this is not possible, please contact the NHMRC Project Officer to make alternative arrangements.
