The draft information paper fails to justify the exclusion of peer-reviewed evidence of harms known to be caused by the bio-accumulative, endocrine disrupting, neurotoxic carcinogen. The failure to receive submissions on the reviews which are largely long lists of the excluded scientific papers is a deliberate attempt to bury your heads in sand.

In answer to this question, I supply additional references that must be studied as part of this review, using the Section headings that you have chosen not to include in Questions 4-6.

Conclusion
This brief survey shows that hundreds of scientists have studied the toxic impact of Fluoride onthe
cardiovascular system for over 70 years and the detailed evidence of harm is overwhelming. The
general public needs to be warned to minimize their total Fluoride intake. Especially vulnerable
groups such as the unborn, diabetics and those with compromised kidneys or thyroid must be
protected. Promotion of Fluoride and Fluoridation must cease. Politicians must purge the
bureaucracy of Fluoride promoters. Not a single excess death caused by water fluoridation can be
tolerated.

Plumbosolvency

It is well known that Fluoridation chemicals increase the dissolution of Lead from pipes, including PVC, solder and brass fittings used in the water supply distribution network and household. It is alos known that ceasing Fluoridation will reduce the concentration of Lead in drinking water giving health benefits that far outway imagined reduction of tooth decay.

Water Fluoridation and any other health effects – Cancer

Fluoride causes cancer and one of the most serious mechanisms is very well understood - enhanced deposition of Fluoride doped Hydroxyapatite in the soft tissues that causes malignancy.

Work by real scientists using high technology has debunked the theory that Fluoride has any value in mineralization or remineralization of tooth enamel. See for example the excellent work of Professor of Dentistry Mitsuo Kakei and his coworkers Aspects Regarding Fluoride Treatment for Reinforcement and Remineralization of Apatite Crystals Journal of Hard Tissue Biology 21[3] (2012) p257-266 These workers found that "fluorapatite crystals were not generated by daily intake of F ions in developing rat tooth enamel. A differential gas pressure method demonstrated that the harmfulness of F exposure during the nucleation process of calcified hard tissues was much greater than that of Cd exposure. These results demonstrate that F treatments have no effect on improving crystal quality or remineralization and are inconsistent with the purpose of public health." Similarly, real scientists using advanced technology have shown that exposure of tooth enamel to Fluoride produces, at most, only 6nm depth of fluoride attachment and this is likely an over-estimate because surface roughness and increasing crater diameter during ion ablation increases the apparent depth of penetration.
