Re 3.4.10 in the pre-amble, it states "ethically defensible plan" please add information about what a HREC can expect to see in this plan.

What if the study reveals information of potential importance to the future health of the donor(s), blood relatives or the community?

Use of human biospecimens obtained after death – paragraph 3.4.5

This section should be more specific in its directive on who may provide consent.
