Introduction requires clarification in relation to the following:

p. 4 paragraph 3 refers to “paints that are used on cars and boats”. Such paints are generally now restricted to <0.1% lead under the Poisons Standard Appendix I, unless the reference is intended to indicate that (dry) paint on imported cars and boats may contain lead.
