1. Is the information in this section clear and understandable?:

4. What, if any, other information should be included?: 
Advise should also be issued to water carters and consumers of carted water. Water supply authorities should also ensure that drinking fountains/bubblers in public parks etc are disconnected for the duration of the boil water alert.

As suggested in item #4, perhaps advice to consumers not to drink from drinking water fountains in public areas would be useful.
