I object to the following points

the intention behind this draft CPP to deny any parent the right to decide if their child is drugged with harmful mind controlling stimilants drugs rather than being able to seek alternative non harmful strategies that will improve the problem the child is experiencing.

The Chair professor Tonge advocates anti depressants for children in his Melbourne clinical trials for chidren who do not attend school. HOW COME MIND ALTERING DRUGS CAN BE GIVEN FOR A SITUATION THAT IS NOT A PROVEN MENTAL HEALTH CONDITION!  This has to put him in a potential biased position towards prescribing psychtropic drugs.
