There must be a monitoring system to assure that data is not being used from Forced Psychiatric drugging or electrocutions, or other intrusive Human Experimentation.

Monitoring of Insurance, must be subjected to scrutiny of Tax Havens, where compensation cannot easily be procured.

Monitoring systems have so far failed to stop Forced Human Experiments for over 208 years via psychiatry. Please make sure that monitoring systems of grants funding is more secure so that human rights are not violated
