NHMRC is collecting personal information via this survey which may assist with the analysis of responses to the proposed updates to the assessment of Investigator and Synergy Grant applications. You may respond anonymously or choose to provide your contact email address at the end of the survey. This may enable NHMRC to further discuss your submission if required. The personal information that you choose to provide in your survey submission is being collected via this website (Citizen Space) and will be stored, used and disclosed in accordance with NHMRC’s obligations under the Privacy Act 1988, and in accordance with the NHMRC Privacy Policy. 

There are security risks associated with transmission of information via the Internet.
