The content of your submission will be used by the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) for the purpose of reviewing the draft guidance material for the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines. Your submission may be published if you provide permission at the end of the survey.
NHMRC, as an agency subject to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), is required to notify you about our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information. Any personal information (including your name and contact details) that you include in your submission is being collected so that NHMRC can communicate with you about your submission. If you do not provide this information, or would prefer to use a pseudonym, we will not be able to communicate with you about your submission. Your information will be stored on an online service hosted in secure facilities in Australia and in alignment with the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework.
